Training Coordinator


  • Map out training schedules and outreach communications
  • Liase with internal and client project leads to ensure training and outreach deliverables are met
  • Source and secure training venues
  •  Manage training logistics (e.g. ordering equipment, ensuring internet connectivity, scheduling webinars, ordering materials, etc.)
  • Maintain training records
  • Gather post training feedback and questions from trainers
  • Maintain current knowledge of Sandata’s software products



  • Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role
  • Ability to manage simultaneous projects in various stages of implementation
  • Must be a team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using web conferencing software (preferably Zoom)
  • Working knowledge of learning management systems preferred
  • Previous experience in the home care or health care industry a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

Daily activities of an administrative nature. Work is primarily sedentary.
