NYBU Account Associate

Job Summary: The Account Associate for NYBU will contribute to the strategic development, coordination, execution, relationship management of, and project management associated with, Sandata’s New York Business Unit home care client accounts, consistent with company strategy, commitments and goals.

 

Duties:

  • Client Management
    • Take a proactive role in interactions ensuring client satisfaction and providing account direction
    • Open/manage tickets after issue investigation into customer inquiries; maintain issues logs and recommend solutions
    • Develop expertise and keep up to date with the Sandata products and services
    • Analyze account performance on a regular basis and develop methods to increase account or prevent turnover
    • Master and maintain thorough knowledge of clients’ business
    • Proactively finds new ways to improve client’s operations with, but not limited to, Sandata solutions
    • Assist in or directly upsell products and services to accounts
  • Strategic Planning
    • Assists with identifying product expansion and improvement opportunities
    • Work with the NYBU SVP, EVP and other key Sandata leadership to develop and execute on client strategic plans
  • Communication
    • Facilitate client meetings effectively
    • Deliver engaging, informative and well-organized presentations
    • Resolve and/or escalate issues internally in a timely fashion and effective

·       Market

o   Build knowledge base of NY home care regulations, industry developments and key stakeholders; attend industry conferences

o   Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client  work

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Some healthcare experience preferred but not required; similarly, technology/software experience preferred but not required
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Fast learner with ability and eagerness to multi-task
  • Willingness for limited travel regionally within the NY area
