SAM/AMP Product Delivery Owner

The product you’ll help to build and shape, “SAM,” touches thousands of in-office users and field caregivers every day. As a Product Delivery Owner, you will lead a team and be responsible for executing against and influencing our product roadmap.

Job Tasks:

  • Leadership
    • Executing against your team’s roadmap to achieve our overall product goals
    • Educating your team on the “why’s” and impact of what we are building
    • Promoting and facilitating intensive team collaboration and ideation safety
    • Developing relationships with, seeking insights from, and continuously communicating to internal cross-functional teams including sales, implementation, account management, and client support
  • Business
    • Maintaining expert knowledge of your team’s end user personas and their duties, tasks, and challenges
    • Maintaining a deep understanding of our product’s competitive positioning
  • Product Development
    • Working with the Product Manager to influence, groom, and prioritize your team’s backlog
    • Gathering business requirements and writing the team user stories
    • Serving as the team Scrum Master
    • Leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retros
    • Working with the Product Manager and Engineering Leads to clear blockers and get work estimates
    • Coordinating cross-product team dependences with other Product Delivery Owners
    • Communicating release progress with the organization
    • Creating internal product release notes
    • Serving as the team subject matter expert of the product’s functionality and use case scenarios


Required Experience/Skills:

  • Understanding of healthcare claims generation, electronic payments, and general accounting principals
  • 2+ years of experience in or exposure to the home care industry
  • 4+ years working for a B-B software company
  • Exposure to SDLC principals and agile software development
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Strong analytical skills paired with a data-informed mindset
  • Deep customer empathy and curiosity
  • Passion for digging into the details to solve problems
  • Self-awareness with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve
  • Strong work ethic and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organization skills

Bonus skills and qualifications:

  • Experience developing or using home care agency management software
  • Experience in a business scheduling role
  • Experience in a medical billing role
  • Experience working with Managed Care Organizations
  • Knowledge of DSRIP
