Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator is an administrative position responsible for assisting the Engineering Technical Project Management team track and report upon

Duties:

Assist the Technical Project Management team with overall project coordination including:

·         Coordinate and centralize master project status reports, project schedules, issues/risks reporting and project escalation across multiple Technical Project Managers

·         Assist Technology Project Management team in requirement, issue and defect management reporting, tracking and updates within JIRA

·         Help represent the team in project status meetings

·         Act as primary contact and administrator for Resource Management system

·         Manage all consultant time tracking for billing administration

·         Track and report program status across all Technical Project Manager assigned projects

·         Provide administrative support for all team member onboarding / off boarding

·         Assist with team level velocity, cycle time, EPIC burn-up and release planning reporting

Skills/Qualifications:

Required:

·         1 to 3 years of project office administration

·         1 to 3 years of entry level project management experience in a software development / technology environment

·         Mid-level expertise and knowledge of project management and issue/defect management tools including MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Rally, Version One, or HP Quality Center / ALM

·         Advanced knowledge and use of MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word

·         Confidentiality and good judgement; experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information

·         Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills

·         Attention to detail and technically astute

·         Ability to multitask and thrive in a chaotic, matrixed environment

·         Quick learner and thirst for knowledge with a proactive approach to getting work done


Nice to Have / Highly Desired

·         Knowledge of Medicaid, Payer, Provider, Home Health Care industry experience

·         PMP, CAPM, CSM certifications

Daily activities of an administrative nature. Work is primarily sedentary.
