Ohio Department of Medicaid Users Only: The ODM and Sandata teams are currently working on the OMES conversion process. During this time you could experience some intermittent issues, however, the teams are working diligently to prevent any disruption in service. Visit capture remains unaffected and your team may use SMC or TVV to call in/our for EVV. We will post updates here as additional information is available during the conversion. Sandata FUSE: All Sandata Systems are operating normally.

• The Sandata Electronic Visit Verification system will undergo a period of planned maintenance on July 13, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. ET. This maintenance will include downtime for the system, making the system unavailable.

Sandata Agency Management Customers: All Sandata systems are operating normally.

Sandata Agency Management Customers with SPoC (clinical integration): All Sandata systems are operating normally.

EVV State Payer Customers: All Sandata systems are operating normally.
